My name is Dianne and I am a licensed mental health counselor with a specialty degree in substance abuse and addiction. I work with teens, adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can finally put down the weight you’ve been carrying and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I believe healing starts with honest conversations, practical support, and learning new ways to cope so you can feel
more grounded, confident, and connected in your everyday life.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself and curious enough to explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I meet you where you are while offering honest, direct guidance when you feel stuck. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed therapy, strengths-based therapy, personcentered therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and relapse
prevention strategies. Together, we’ll identify emotional triggers, build healthier coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and create practical goals that support lasting change and emotional well-being.
